Hello, my name is Sersei!I was rescued through a BARS SNR (spay/neuter, release) program when they found that I would be good as a house cat, and they were right! I need time to adjust to new environments and new people, but once I know you and get comfortable I love to sit at your feet and give kisses!I am a gentle girl who has lived with another kitty and a small dog, although moving from my previous home stressed me out so I am now not totally sure I want any animal friends. Maybe another calm kitty or senior pup? A quiet home is my preference because it means I can feel comfortable in my surroundings.Look into my pretty blue eyes and tell me you don't want to meet me! Contact BARS to schedule a meetup!Adoption processAll adoptions begin with an adoption application, available here or on our website (or from one of our wonderful volunteers in person). The application is reviewed by the adoptable animal's foster home as well as by the appropriate coordinator (canine/feline/small animal) to assess how the animal will fit in your home. We endeavour to respond to all applications within 48 hours, but being 100% run by volunteers sometimes we need additional time--if you haven't heard back after 48 hours, feel free to contact us to check in on your application. All dogs and puppies have an adoption fee of $300, kittens under 6 months of age have an adoption fee of $250, and cats over 6 months of age have an adoption fee of $200, unless otherwise noted.
