Panda is a pretty button-nosed girl who comes across as quite shy at first. Give her some time (and treats!) and she'll show you her true sweet nature. Once she's comfortable she is very affectionate, loves head and shoulder rubs, and always comes running to lean herself against your ankles when it's dinner time. Although she's two and a half she can still be quite playful - she especially enjoys wand toys. She's good with other cats given a slow introduction, but most of all she needs you!Adoption processAll adoptions begin with an adoption application, available here or on our website (or from one of our wonderful volunteers in person). The application is reviewed by the adoptable animal's foster home as well as by the appropriate coordinator (canine/feline) to assess how the animal will fit in your home. We endeavour to respond to all applications within 72 hours, but being 100% run by volunteers sometimes we need additional time--if you haven't heard back after 72 hours, feel free to contact us to check in on your application.
