I'm Lynx!I was born to a feral Mama cat so I am inherently shy of humans and new situations, but with time I become a real love. Sometimes I'll even show you my belly!I was adopted by a nice lady from BARS as a kitten but she left for Rainbow Bridge before I could, so now I'm back in BARS' care. My foster Mom says I will flourish in a quiet, calm home, and with a slow introduction I would probably be fine with other calm animal friends! I used to live with my brother Boots, but he got adopted so now it's just me!Purrlease get in touch with BARS if you want to learn more about me!Adoption processAll adoptions begin with an adoption application, available here or on our website (or from one of our wonderful volunteers in person). The application is reviewed by the adoptable animal's foster home as well as by the appropriate coordinator (canine/feline/small animal) to assess how the animal will fit in your home. We endeavour to respond to all applications within 48 hours, but being 100% run by volunteers sometimes we need additional time--if you haven't heard back after 48 hours, feel free to contact us to check in on your application. All dogs and puppies have an adoption fee of $300, kittens under 6 months of age have an adoption fee of $250, and cats over 6 months of age have an adoption fee of $200, unless otherwise noted.
