Birdie is the runt of her litter and is tiny but she makes up for that with spunk! She loves to play and makes pretty much anything a toy. Birdie is still getting use to be picked up or held but has started to really like a cuddle session. Birdie will be timid at first but will come out of her shell with some time and trust building.Adoption processAll adoptions begin with an adoption application, available here or on our website (or from one of our wonderful volunteers in person). The application is reviewed by the adoptable animal's foster home as well as by the appropriate coordinator (canine/feline) to assess how the animal will fit in your home. We endeavour to respond to all applications within 72 hours, but being 100% run by volunteers sometimes we need additional time--if you haven't heard back after 72 hours, feel free to contact us to check in on your application.
