Microchipped, DOB: May 26, 2011This lovely senior gal is a character. She has settled in to foster life over the past few weeks just brilliantly and is a delight to have around. She chats a lot, plays a bit, loves Churu treats as well as crunchy treats, and will let you pet and comb her all day. She is fully vetted and has recently had her dental done.She wanders the house looking for her people throughout the day, especially if she’s hungry. She also tried every cat bed in her foster home, until she found her favourite window perch.She was a North Bay kitty, who moved to the big city, Toronto, a few months ago. Her front paws have also been de-clawed.“Bea” needs a little dab of thyroid medication just inside her ear twice a day. She also has been recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis, which is not uncommon for a senior kitty. Aunt Bea’s arthritis is managed by receiving a once per month injection called Solensia. Solensia is a great alternative to daily oral medication and it has been proven to minimize pain and discomfort caused by osteoarthritis”. She likes a sparkling clean litter box with low-sides and soft litter.This lovely senior girl is a wonderful companion.
