Vehicle Description Hi folks. Here's an ultra rare Canadian only built car. It's one yr only & called the Frontenac with maple leaf badging everywhere. Neither Ford nor Mercury wanted to put a Brand badge on this car as it was meant to be a one off marquee Frontenac name only car. even though it was only sold through the "Mercury" Dealerships from Ford factory. I get asked all the time. is it Mercury or Ford. ..then I spend 10 minutes explaining the Marquee concept. Anyway. this is a 302 V8 3spd auto as it's a slight resto-mod now.This car has ZERO rust and is an absolute jewel that deserved this fully extreamly well done restoration. Original Hub caps and badging never Rechromed. Interior is correct and beautifully done. I have 18 videos of it when it was completed. Mercury brought out the Comet it in 1961. and Ford took over to name and re-badge it as the Falcon for 1961. and the US...
