Manufacturer Provided Description On the H220SS, the Stable-Vee hull provides optimum stability and smooth maneuverability. At the helm, the Signature Series look has been applied to the helm shroud, which has a two-tone color scheme and top-stitch-type detailing. A vinyl-wrapped, tri-spoke tilt steel steering wheel and compass is standard, surrounded by a beautifully polished wood grain backdrop for the gauges, such as the tachometer with hour meter. Push button controls are crafted from stainless steel and have an LED status indicator light. Plus, a depth sounder with shallow water alarm is an extra value standard feature. The helms styling is mirrored in the port console, which features a small cooler. Many features that are normally considered upgrades are standard on SS models: a stainless steel prop, Quick & Quiet thru-side exhaust, and SunSport seating. The cockpit bucket seats with improved single-mechanism adjustment are more accommodating with suspension, and flip-up bolsters. Unique stern seating converts to two separate lounges; plus a walk-over transom provides easy access to the integrated swim platform. Seats feature Aquaflex vinyl, tops in marine-grade upholstery. The cockpit also includes plush snap-in carpet over a fiberglass liner. Plus, the H220SS is equipped with an extended swim platform, pull-up cleats, and a rub rail, grab handles and cupholders of timeless stainless steel. A bow scuff plate and docking lights are also standard features included in the base price. At the bow, an anchor can be stored in the dedicated locker with overboard draining and hidden ladder. The H220SS is available with a cockpit table that can be removed and replaced on a whim, and an optional walk-thru door makes all areas of the boat super accessible. The helm of the H220SS model features both an iPod/MP3 player port great for playing music from home or car over the boats sound system and a 12 VDC receptacle convenient for recharging handheld games or cell phones. Both of these items are housed in a non-skid, shock-resistant cubby located at the helm. Additional Details Available options include wakeboard tower packages, and bow fill-in cushions. Optional under-swim platform lights illuminate the water for a superb evening atmosphere. A bimini top with stainless steel hardware is standard, or a hinging stainless steel arch is an option, ideal for traveling in low clearance areas and great for simple maintenance. In addition, a hard top is available. Storage is abundant on the SS models. A 36-quart cooler stows conveniently inside the stern bench seat, and there are storage areas alongside the engine compartment, in the sidewalls, under bow seats, via the in-floor ski locker, in the helm and port console (accessed via the bow) and more.The H220SS is offered with many engine selections: Volvo Penta stern drive power ranges from 5.0 GXi/SX 270 HP to 5.7 GXi/DP 320 HP; MerCruiser stern drive power is available from 5.0 MPI Bravo I 260 HP to the MX 6.2 Bravo III 320 HP. At service time, the engine compartment hatch is equipped with a gas-assisted lift.A Four Winns-manufactured Sure-Load tandem axle trailer is standard with aluminum wheels. With the SS series, canvas and trailer are provided in black. The trailer?s low-profile bunk design keeps the boat?s center of gravity low, for greater stability while towing. Because it has been custom-designed to fit the running surface, launching and loading is quick and easy. Tops in safety, this Four Winns trailer is now equipped with enhanced LED lights and built-in ratchet straps. Ideal for saltwater use and long-hauls, the galvanized trailer with GatorHyde is available for even greater durability; and a Turbo Lube system with oil bath bearings facilitates quick and easy visual oil inspections.
