Additional Information Description: �The Beneteau 40CC is a Groupe Finot designed, Beneteau America Inc. built�sloop rigged, center cockpit sailboat. Production built from 1995 to 2002,�291 of these boats were built. The Beneteau 40CC is diesel powered and�carries an external full fin keel and a spade rudder. Sheets & Giggles is white with�a blue water line stripe. From the bow there is a deep anchor locker�accessible from above. Down below in the bow is a head with shower.�Moving aft we are in the forward stateroom with a double berth to�starboard, and a locker and settee to port. Continuing aft we are in the�large main salon with U shaped settee and table to starboard and nav�station and hanging locker to port. Aft in the passageway, to port of the�engine room, is the galley, with stove/oven and icebox. On center�line underneath the center cockpit is the large engine room. Moving�further aft is the aft stateroom, with double berth and hanging lockers.�The aft head is forward of this on starboard. Moving up the companionway ladder leads to the�large cockpit, with a sugar scoop stern providing a swim and dinghy boarding space.� Equipment List FURLING GEAR:� Type: �Head Sail ? Another solar panel is mounted on starboard of pushpit. There is�a full canvas enclosure, 12 years old, fair condition.� Drive/propulsion : The prop shaft is 30mm stainless steel. The cutlass bearing is supported in a�shallow skeg; all were in good condition with no play noted.
