Mechanical & Electrical; Engine compartement is very clean & with good access for maintenance, bilges are maintained in very clean con'd - Twin Mercruiser 7.4litre 454cui V-Drive engines c/w Hurth HSW 630 transmissions - all routine maintenance and oil changes performed as per maker's spec's - All pumps inc'l M/E Raw Water pumps in g.w.o - Generator Westerbeke 7.0kw-50hz in g.w.o. - Head Sewage system incl pump and lines in g.w.o. - Driveshaft seals type "Tides Marine Dripless" in g.w.o. no leaks, changed port seal 2 years ago, both shaft standby seals are insitu available - Shaft Strut bearings P&S renewed 2yrs ago - Rudder Stock Packing glands P&S re-packed 2yrs ago all in g.w.o - Hy'd Steering gear in g.w.o. - Propellers P&S both in good condition no damages - Spring fitout 2022 (3) new "Marine Deep Sea Batteries" 12V Group 27 installed to house Bank located in Eng' Comp't.
