Inboard chainplates give great headsail sheeting angles, too.The cockpit is sheltered with a dodger, bimini and connecting piece that were custom made on new stainless steel tubular frames in 2022.�The tee-shaped cockpit provides good seating, including a raised saddle for the helmsperson.��The binnacle houses the steering compass and some displays.Access to the water is by way a good tubular stainless steel ladder on the transom.� Sails and Rig The aluminum spar is keel stepped and well supported with double spreaders and fore-and-aft lower shrouds.The forestay carries the Harken furling unit, while the backstay is a centerline attached single stay.Both the mast and aluminum boom are painted white.� �Winches: 2x #24 Barient 2-speed self-tailing Primary Winches 3x #10 Barient Cabin Top Winches 1x #18 Barient Cabin Top Winch All control lines necessary for sailing are lead aft to the cockpit to enable safe, secure single-handed or short-handed sailing.�Sail Inventory 2021 Mainsail Genoa Drifter � Accommodations and Interior Starting from the bow, we have the vee berth area providing a nice double bunk with cushions in good condition.� A removable filler panel is fitted or can be stowed.� The main hatch overhead allows light, fresh air and egress if necessary.Next aft we have the main salon with settees port and starboard, facing the centerline drop leaf table. Lots of room for entertaining, and both settees can be used as single bunks. The tropical frond themed upholstery is in good condition.� Lots of good stowage areas outboard of the settees.� Fixed and opening portlights with an overhead hatch provide plenty of light and fresh air.��The teak and holly sole runs throughout.Aft on port we have the galley with double stainless steel sink, with hot and cold pressure water of course.� Cooking utilizes the VoltWorks inverter to power a microwave oven and the induction hotplate, and of course there is a propane BBQ outside.Opposite the galley we have the private enclosed head compartment complete with marine toilet and washbasin, with hot and cold pressure water of course.Finally we have the aft cabin with its double bunk covered with new ( 2023 ) custom cut 6" thick memory foam mattress.� �Three opening ports into the cockpit provide plenty of light and ventilation.� Electrical and Electronics Electrical 120 V 30 Amp shore power system with 50' cord 120 Vac distribution panel 12 Vdc distribution panel with voltmeter & amp meter� ProMariner 5|5 Dual bank battery charger Renogy Rover 40 Amp MPPT Solar Charge Controller Two 100 Ah lithium batteries Voltworks 1500 Watt pure sine inverter 4x 100 Watt solar panels Electronics Lowrance GlobalMap 5200c chartplotter Icom IC-M56 VHF radio� Kenwood AM/FM/CD/MP3/USB stereo RayMarine EV-100 autopilot with P70 control head RayMarine ST60 Tri-Data depth/speed/log �� Work Required The windows have a history of leaking.� A few will drip slightly in a heavy rain, but they all need to be pulled and re-bedded.� And the wood trim under them has been damaged by the moisture and needs to be pulled and replaced.� � A hand DIY person should be able to handle this work.� �It doesn't even need to be done this season - a bit of caulking or tape might suffice until you can get the job done properly.The decks have some moisture in them in some locations, but are not obviously soft.� These areas can be repaired one at a time over a period of years. or all at once if desired.� Basic core repair or replacement is something a DIY person can readily learn to do as there are lots of resources available.Materials cost would be perhaps five hundred dollars for new interior wood and some fiberglass repair materials.�� Winter Storage Included with the boat are seven (7) jack stands to support the boat on the hard in winter.�A sturdy custom wood frame mounts on deck, permitting use of economical bale tarps that last 3 - 5 years or more with care.� Disclaimer The Company offers the details of this vessel in good faith but cannot guarantee or warrant the accuracy of this information nor warrant the condition of the vessel.
