Classic motorsailer ready to go with these updates done in 2022 through 2024; 10 hours on rebuilt Perkins 4 cylinder inboard engine, two new aluminium fuel tanks, seams and windows re-calked, front hatch resealed, solid wood door rebuilt, brightwork redone 2022, hull regularly cleaned, new zincs. New 30 amp electrical panel, double bank (4)12 volt batteries, bus heater installed, engine room newly insulated. 2 helm stations. V-berth forward cabin roomy helm and aft cabin/galley. 3 piece head with sink, shower and toilet with masticator and black water tank. 2 freshwater tanks. Galley has ice box, sink and 3 burner stove with oven. Solid boat with some interior finishing yet to do.
