The house faces west with 73 ft of beach front to watch the sunsets. The roof has been engineered and approved by Developement Permit LU04010 for a 2nd floor with in floor plumbing ready to hook up. The double garage has an RV pad on the roof with water, sewer and 50 amps of power. Ten vehicles can be parked on the property plus 10 more in guest parking. The home has city water and underground spring water for summer time watering restrictions. Ramps allow driving to the beach. The ocean is causing the property to grow westward which will in approx fifteen years allow accretion. A covered deck stores an 18 ft Lund boat on a trailor with two motors and two kayaks. These come with the house including a 1/2 interest in a 8000lb excavator on rubber tracks.
