That starts with our firm commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and safe workplace. We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Digital CMS Platform to join the team. Reporting to Director, Platform Product, you will manage a team of product owner(s), CMS subject matter expert(s), and lead our CMS practice. What you will do… Shape our digital CMS (Contentful) platform vision Scale-up CMS practice across adopted products, applications, and sites to maximize content reuse and achieve higher content operation efficiency Enable migration from legacy systems into Contentful Strengthen and support our CMS onboarding program Implement content governance Build feedback loop with Contentful and its adopted teams What you will bring… Proficient with the Agile framework and how teams should be working within it Experience (2-3 years) with a modern headless CMS like Contentful Experience with content modeling Experience working with distributed teams Understanding of the relationship between presentation and content Leadership to a team of product owners and CMS subject matter experts that are part of the CMS eco-system Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate business and content concepts to technical and non-technical professionals Strong ability to build trust and collaborate with stakeholders and internal consumers of the CMS Here’s what you can expect in return: A competitive salary and benefits that include access to our Employee Share Accumulation Program, Retirement Benefits, and a variety of other perks including 50% off Rogers services and Blue Jays tickets A manager who deeply cares about your development and long-term career at Rogers A team that trusts and wants to win together Smart and accomplished colleagues who are focused on both the “what” and the “how” Flexibility to work from home even after the pandemic ends Your choice of hardware and software (iPhone or Android/Mac or PC etc.) As we grow our team, the well-being of our team members remains our top priority.
