Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to present only the most qualified and culturally aligned candidates to clients. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices to continually enhance our agency's competitive edge. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader in talent acquisition. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various roles. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and team members. Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, allowing you to navigate complex candidate and client dynamics. Deep understanding of the Toronto job market and industry trends, with a strong network of professional contacts. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Passion for mentorship and team development, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Highly organized with acute attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
