You have a unique opportunity to tell fresh stories for millions of consumers in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the US. What does a (perfect) workday look like? Reporting to the Store Manager, you spend a fair amount of time working with the Retail team. You start your day fresh with a breakfast and caffeine (or not) from our kitchen and get together with your team to look at the daily opportunities based of the performance, promotions and trending Campaigns. You then proactively assist our customers in finding their perfect glasses and take the necessary measurements required as needed. To support our Doctors and clinic you will ensure of a smooth transition for the patient from the exam room to the sales floor. You will work cohesively with the Opticians when troubleshooting and adjusting frames. You will work hard to exceed your allocated daily target. You then spend time receiving our client’s orders by, contacting the customers and will ensure all orders are stored away appropriately. Finally, you dedicate the last part of your day working alongside your team Merchandising current and new product to uplift the stores visual aesthetics.
