We are seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to join our Business Insights & Revenue Management Team! The National Revenue Analyst will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Solutions team nationally to provide valuable insights to help identify and maximize pricing opportunities to enhance revenue and profit. They are responsible for assisting the Senior Revenue Manager and Director in creating and executing on the revenue management process across the country for all channels and categories at Andrew Peller. This includes research into pricing, promotions and pack sizes, and innovation. We are looking for a teammate with: Bachelor's degree required, Economics, Business, Sciences, Math or Accounting. 3-5 years' experience in Net Revenue Management/ commercial strategy. Prior experience in Category, FP&A and Channel Marketing is preferred. Experience using financial systems (MS Office, Tableau, EPM) Strong oral and written communication skills. Financial Acumen - analytically oriented Prior Experience in creating compelling revenue management decks for Executive Management This teammate will be accountable for: Researching, gathering, and analyzing data to develop insightful conclusions, generate solutions and support the decision-making processes of the Sales & Marketing teams. Working proactively with the Sales and Brand Managers to provide analytics to support the development of strategies, financial targets and objectives by channel, segment and brand. Assisting the sales team to develop market/product specific strategies to ensure profitable growth and win share Assisting the marketing team with market insights and recommend pricing and promotional strategies based on competitive data Ad-hoc financial analysis for price and promotional change opportunities Assist in budget preparation and expense control activities Conducting competitor/market analysis to determine position in market and a pricing strategy to improve market share Update and maintain pricing reports such as regional price trackers, VPMs, tableau reports Analyzing financial statements to determine monthly/quarterly/annual revenue and promotional expenses Identifying revenue related issues, investigate and provide solutions to resolve issues Reviewing and recommend continuous improvements to existing revenue management processes and procedures Assisting in developing internal controls to support revenue management activities Working with the Marketing team to develop insights, identify product opportunities, and forecasting for new products in the PMR process We are conducting an internal and external search simultaneously.
