Position description As a result of our continued growth, we are seeking applicants for the position of Rental Applications Administrator located in Guelph, Ontario . Position overview Looking for a chance to make your mark in a fast-paced, professional and fun environment? Our Rental Applications Administrators are responsible providing administrative support to Skyline’s business operations. Working as an integral component of the Skyline team, this position assists business operations through follow up, research, and analysis of rental applications, and field staff enquiries. The Rental Applications Administrator also provides general administrative support to the Business Operations Supervisor and Administrators as required. What we look for : Willingness to take ownership of tenant concerns and take the appropriate steps to resolve them Knowledgeable in database management and strong data entry skills. Understanding of residential property management or real estate. Current understanding of Yardi is an asset. Outstanding verbal and written correspondence abilities in English. (French is an asset) Able to be proactive with good analytical abilities, judgment and innovation. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with an enthusiasm for working with the public Superior multi-tasking and management expertise while remaining detail oriented. Diplomacy, but firm in response to aggressive behavior. Min two years post-secondary education or 2 yrs equivalent workplace background. High-school diploma or equivalent required.
