Regulatory Standards Analyst The Regulatory Standards Analyst will be responsible in assisting with the successful monitoring, assessment, execution, and delivery of the operating regulations for the organization. You will need to demonstrate good judgement, critical thinking, issue solving, and risk assessment skills in the development of rules and directives that preserve the organization’s interests and advance its goals. You’re great at… Assisting with the development/amendments of operating regulations Performing comprehensive 360 reviews and analysis of operating regulation (including other governing documents) qualifications, cross referencing and identifying impact to ensure consistency Coordinating and tracking the status of all active operating regulation projects, responding to inquiries and request for regulation interpretation/details Assisting with the review and analysis of business/product qualifications to determine how they can be translated into the operating regulations and other governing documents to meet business objectives Facilitating consultations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their input is considered to identify and resolve regulation issues Overseeing and/or conducting research/analysis, and preparation of required policy and consultative documentation to support product initiatives Assisting with administration activities (e.g. maintenance of the intranet pages, publication of documents, and preparation of internal process documents) Promoting effective collaboration with business unit owners Regularly updating internal process documents to ensure consistent and predictable handling of regulations processes Developing and working within defined timelines Who are you? You have a University Degree or College degree in Business You have 2+ years of work background as a technical writer or in a similar role, or in an environment involving institutional clients You are familiar with and understand the payments industry and the regulatory environment You have a strong documentation development background, particularly in financial services and have background managing documents and data in an electronic database You have background producing formal communications and have good verbal and written correspondence abilities You are organized and have excellent time management expertise to work in a fast-paced environment, meticulous attention to detail, with the expertise to multi-task, prioritize activities, and meet competing deadlines You are a team member with the demonstrated expertise to achieve results in a cross-functional team environment You are a strong critical thinker, with the issue solving skills to identify, evaluate and resolve business challenges, and competing points of view You are willing to learn new technologies and maintain industry knowledge You have a demonstrated expertise to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion You have a strong work ethic and are passionate about achieving objectives How we Work We know that exceptional people have great ideas and are passionate about their work.
