About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Translations Process Optimization Specialist t o join our esteemed team at Alexa Translations. This role is pivotal in enhancing our operational efficiency and maintaining our Translation Management Software (TMS) - Plunet. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive process optimization and facilitate the continuous improvement of our industry-leading translation solutions. Responsibilities: Implement and improve processes to drive efficiency and productivity, with a focus on optimizing the utilization of Plunet. Update and maintain the Plunet database to ensure structure and accuracy. Provide support through the analysis and optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Assist Plunet users with possible challenges and devise enhancements to streamline functionalities and processes. Organize and conduct training sessions regarding diverse Plunet aspects, equipping the team with tips and recommendations. Deepen understanding of Plunet features and identify new functionalities to improve workflow and process adherence, optimizing time and resources. Communicate changes and new procedures related to Plunet. Proficiency in working with Plunet components such as Contacts, Orders, and Queries concerning: Create new resource profiles in Plunet Maintain and update existing Plunet profiles Create and assign projects Implement new processes Export Plunet data to work on reports Requirements Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field. Proficiency in Translation Management Software, specifically Plunet, with a demonstrated minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration and optimization. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify process inefficiencies and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and train users on software functionalities. Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to drive operational improvements. Proven track record of identifying and implementing process enhancements in a fast-paced environment.
