In addition, they provide customer service and the necessary follow-up for each client. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: Greet, listen, and advise the customer; Analyze the needs, recommend the best product, and offer the appropriate service; Seize sales and referral opportunities; Enter and update the customer file according to the established standards; Enter activities in the system and in the customer file according to the standards; Carry out all correspondence (letters, communications, etc.); Follow up on files: payment and documents to be received; Communicate and negotiate with the insurer: flex, risk, acceptance, etc.; Complete dashboards and reports; Solicit customers for x-dates, contests, coupons, etc.; Direct claims to insurers; Participate in team meetings; Adhere to company values, mission, standards, and procedures; Stay up-to-date and informed. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE: A.E.C. in Property and Casualty Insurance or equivalent (an asset); One (1) year experience in sales and/or customer service in personal lines insurance (an asset); Knowledge of the main office automation tools (Microsoft Office Suite) and software used in the company (an asset); Knowledge of the main insurers' systems (an asset).
