YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES As our Part-Time Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the firm is operating at peak efficiency and that our clients are receiving excellent customer service. Your day-to-day duties will include: Be the friendly face that greets clients, contractors, and other guests as the first point of contact in our Port Moody office. Book appointments with clients and manage daily schedules to ensure smooth and harmonious office operations. Manage relationships with clients to keep our team prepared and ready to meet our clients’ needs and exceed expectations. Channel your tech-savvy skills to update, organize, and maintain company software, files, and subscriptions as necessary (OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.) Perform other administrative and client-facing responsibilities as required. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Post-secondary credential in Office Administration or a related discipline; OR 2 years’ experience in a related position. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and manage lasting client relationships. Exceptional organizational and time management skills (you take pride in having a Type A personality!). Relentless attention to detail – nothing gets past you! Confident in navigating Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and using them on a regular basis to create clear and detailed presentation documents. Ability to receive and implement feedback quickly and effectively. NICE TO HAVES Interest in urban planning, land development, and/or design – we are a passionate group and love learning from each other every day! Experience in both Public and Private Sectors is considered an asset. Experience managing relationships with private clientele is considered an asset.
