We Want An Awesome Office Administrator to join our Abbotsford office. Our company is looking to add a new team player to our Administrative family in Abbotsford, BC. We are now looking for a friendly, outgoing and energetic individual to help support our Abbotsford office in an entry-level Office Administrator role starting immediately.We are an industry-leading Marketing and Management Consulting Firm with fifteen offices across Alberta and British Columbia. We serve a diverse corporate base of some of the largest clients in North America, including TELUS Communications. The right individual will have opportunities to grow and advance within our company. Pay will start at $16.00 per hour, with a review after a 3-month probationary period. Medical and Dental Benefits will be provided after six months. Office Administrator Responsibilities: - Maintain general knowledge of the company and reply to email, phone or face to face enquiries in a prompt and professional manner.- Organized- Professional- Professional personal appearance.- Personable phone manner is a must!- Assist the office manager with additional tasks as required. Our Ideal Office Administrator Is: - Must have a min of 6 mnths experience in an office environment in an administrative capacity- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying and scanning.- Prior knowledge of Salesforce is an asset.- Direct applicants for the interviewing process.- Data entry including updating team rosters and pay tracking.- Assist with the applicant onboarding process and guide new hires to complete paperwork such as a experience investigation.- Must be a min of 18 yrs of age.- Reliable Min Applicant Qualifications: - Min 1-year Customer Service, Sales or Call Center experience.- Basic knowledge of Ms office, including Ms word, Microsoft excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.- Positive attitude and sense of humor.- Charismatic- Support teammates with correspondence, mail, invoices, expenses and team reports.- Welcome visitors as they arrive in our office and act as a representative of our company and our business partners.- Outstanding communication expertise.- Maintain computer and manual filing systems and handle sensitive info in a confidential manner.- Hardworking- Must be able to pass a criminal record check.- Min 45 WPM typing speed.
