Job Summary How you will make an impact: As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales and building relationships, acting as the front-line contact between the company and the client. As a National Account Manager, you will: Demonstrate key account leadership (maintenance, growth development and rebid) of the top strategic customers across Canada Maintain customer relationships with key accounts Develop and execute growth initiatives in these key accounts Respond to RFP and contract renewals in these key accounts Site visits for growth opportunities and regular business reviews Own the customer relationship and be the primary contact Upsell current services About you: At least 5 years of experience in account management Have a positive mindset, solution driven, approach challenges with optimism, see problems as opportunities to improve Have a strong ability to deal with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external Excellent computer skills with strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and database management Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A good business acumen that enables you to quickly understand and deal with situations that lead to a favorable outcome Must be able to travel to client sites Coffe/refreshment/Hospitality background preferred Compass Group Canada is committed to nurturing a diverse workforce representative of the communities within which we operate.
