WHAT YOU'LL DO Report to the Director, Automotive Services. Lead and direct all aspects of Automotive Services’ learning curriculum and employee development initiatives. Develop and drive Automotive Services’ communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders. Manage all marketing, communications, web and learning initiatives for the business unit. Collaborate with AMA’s Marketing and Web business units to ensure alignment with Association strategies. Support Corporate Communications in coordinating media requests, developing news releases, and mitigating reputational risks. Lead the onboarding of employees as it relates to service delivery chain, policies, procedures, systems, cross-skilling, and soft skills. Guide Learning Resource Consultants in the development and facilitation of innovative adult-education materials. Direct and coach the Communications Specialist on internal and external communications; product, service and policy updates; and digital content. Identify key performance indicators and conduct post-mortem assessments for all areas of Automotive learning, marketing and communications. WHAT YOU'VE DONE You have a degree, diploma or certificate in adult education. You're no newbie – you already have 5 yrs of applied and progressive leadership background in an education and development capacity. You have background fostering positive relationships with diverse stakeholders. You have a proven expertise to manage multiple portfolios, each with their own unique priorities. You're a pro at leading teams with a track record of success. You're familiar with adult learning principles, and the best practices for applying them. You know your way around a marketing brief.
