Maintenance Technician

Description:
The Maintenance technician (electric respondent) will work within the maintenance team and will report hierarchically to the Site Facilities Manager. Responsibilities: Supervise maintenance activities and modifications necessary for the electrical network. Coordinate the procurement of materials related to modifications. Assist other departments to ensure electrical compliance of new equipment. Coordinate activities with subcontractors. Ensure modification data is archived and updated (thermography, budget evaluation, electrical plan, register of major works). Create and update electrical plans. Provide field teams with assistance to comply with ongoing requirements, lockout tagout, intervention procedures and risk analysis. Requirements: Technical: Hold or be able to obtain an Electrical License 16 (Master Electrician A2). Education in electricity, electrical engineering or other relevant field. Basic understanding of industrial railway processes (an asset). Knowledge of automation technologies (an asset). Soft skills: Strong team coordination and communication skills. Rigorous and organized. Dynamic and autonomous. Language: French English (an asset). .
