Position details We are looking for a highly energetic Learning Facilitator to join our Learning team in charge of implementing world-class learning solutions for Clear Summit Group and its member companies.As a Learning Facilitator, you are curious about how people learn and you can’t stop thinking about ways to learn better, faster and have some fun in the process. Critical responsibilities: Facilitate individual or group learning in person, in class, or on-line Assist with the planning and implementation of special learning events Coach subject matter experts to become a facilitator Provide guidance to learners as they progress through self-directed courses Manage learning calendars Report results of competency validation to senior leadership teams Evaluate and make recommendations on new learning materials and processes In collaboration with the Instructional Designer and subject matter experts, develop in-class and on-line training programs, including content, learning tasks, assessments, and performance support materials (e.g., job aids, knowledge base articles) In collaboration with the L&D Coordinator, execute learning plans and logistics Perform administrative duties such as entering learner data, generating reports, handling learner inquires, corresponding with other teams, monitoring learner performance, etc. Provide back-up support to the Instructional Designer and L&D Coordinator as necessary Keep abreast of best practices in facilitation, learning & development Other duties as required Note: Occasional overtime is required especially during a training week Requirements: Extensive background with instructor-led training both in class and on-line Train-the-trainer background Background with curriculum development Familiarity with instructional design process Proficient with Microsoft office suite applications (Ms word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Ms excel) Current understanding of web conferencing software such as GotoWebinar, Zoom, Connect Working expertise of Learning Management Systems Excellent facilitation skills in a variety of styles that are conducive to adult learning Good written and verbal communication abilities Strong people skills Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills Expertise to multitask and prioritize work to meet strict deadlines Expertise to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail A University degree, College degree, or post-graduate certification in adult education a bonus We would like to thank all applicants for their interest in this role.
