Lead Development Representative
As Vena’s Lead Development Representative, you will be responsible for converting inbound marketing leads into qualified sales opportunities.We are building a Lead Development team to qualify inbound marketing leads for our growing sales team. The Lead Development Representative (LDR) will leverage both phone and email tactics to initiate contact with inbound marketing leads and determine whether the prospective customer is ready to engage with our sales team. LDR’s will provide initial brand awareness for our prospects while converting the max number of inquiries into real sales opportunities. What you will do Call inbound marketing leads and qualify whether they are sales-ready opportunities Leverage inbound marketing leads to help deliver insight into prospective customers’ buying potential Deliver max lead-to-opportunity conversion rates through outbound calling / email campaigns Manage, track, and report all activities and results using Salesforce Provide detailed feedback on marketing campaign success Pro-actively reach out to marketing nurtured leads to identify up-sell or cross-sell opportunities Assist marketing in developing new, targeted campaigns to best target the prospect base Does this sound like you? 1 - three years’ background in lead discovery or sales qualification Your are comfortable working in an outbound calling environment and have an awesome phone presence You have exceptional analytical and communication expertise You have a natural instinct to measure progress, judge processes and look for improvement opportunities every day You are highly adaptable and coachable; thriving in experimental environments Apply today... we can’t wait to hear from you!
