Reporting directly to the Head of Cabin Program, the jobholder will be responsible to for the End to End management of strategy, planning and execution of cabin program operations In your role, you will: Be accountable for the delivery of the operational execution in line with Program qualifications to time, cost (NRC & RC), quality, performance (weight) and maturity targets. Develop the processes and policies relating to cabin program operations to enable increased efficiencies and achievement of program cost & schedule objectives Pro-actively remove roadblocks in both CSALP & suppliers processes and implement an effective governance model to decrease risk, improve data accuracy Develop a collaborative strategy approach between cabin operations suppliers and CSALP to enable execution of program milestones Drive performance expectations of Cabin suppliers (in conjunction with plateau's where applicable) to meet Cabin Program targets Be accountable to manage the AOP and availability of resources This mission covers the A220 and its derivatives As our ideal candidate, You hold a bachelor degree or diploma in Management/Engineering, an MBA is an asset PMP is an asset You have a min of seven years of background in program or project management You have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft excel, PowerPoint You have good issue solving abilities, planning, issue solving, and good people skills You show an open mind and a great expertise to work as a team member In addition, you must have a sense of organization, time management and you demonstrate autonomy You are fully multilingual (spoken and written) in French and English You are patient, positive and have perseverance along with good organization skills.
