And we’re just getting started! The opportunity FormHero is looking for a new member of the Professional Services team. We need a client-facing and delivery-focussed Forms Implementation Specialist (what we call internally our Client Solution Developer ). This role requires both business and computer skills, including the expertise to translate business requirements into FormHero solutions. This includes form configuration and JavaScript development. This applicant is someone that loves engaging with clients and project teams, has an interest in developing form solutions, and is a talented problem solver. This individual has a deep understanding of what makes a good user background and is excited to work in a small, cross-functional team. You will be tackling exciting challenges on a daily basis. As a Client Solution Developer, you will: Collaborate with Client Solution Leads and Project Management to translate business requirements into FormHero Smart Forms. Attend and participate in JAD sessions, standups, form demos, requirements gathering and solutioning workshops throughout client engagements. Execute form build to meet client requirements, within the capabilities of the FormHero platform, through a keen UI/UX customer-centric design lense. Use creative issue solving to find alternative solutions to issues that arise. Test completed forms, preparing a test strategy and executing documented scenarios you have created. Provide and contribute to new form estimations, raising risks and assumptions to ensure clear and concise project planning. Collaborate with Product and Development teams to report, troubleshoot and test platform issues and design new platform features Follow, help establish and document best practices for developing forms What are we looking for? Background or working expertise of client engagements and project management. Understanding of working as part of a Professional Services or consulting team. Some background with the Agile SDLC. Practical hands-on background with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Excellent interpersonal communication abilities & expertise to interact with clients. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The expertise to independently deliver quality work in a pressured, scale up environment. Strong analytical skills and eagerness to help people. Hustle.
