We are seeking an Engineering Student for our Montreal district that is available for 4 months or 8 months starting september 2024. Here's how an Engineering Student for our Montreal office contributes to our team: Responsibilities Be a part of a passionate team of professionals and work closely with our subtrades to coordinate work, maintain quality, markup and update drawings and monitor progress on site through photos and site walks. Be trusted with performing important tasks such as quantity- takeoffs, setting up and maintaining records and conducting trade quote reviews. Everyone at PCL takes ownership and that includes students. Get the chance to be a part of something bigger and contribute at project meetings. Basically, you will be a crucial part of the team from your first day on the job. Qualifications A passion for working in a construction environment. Any prior experience in construction is considered and an asset. Bilingualism in English and French. Working towards a degree or diploma in a Civil Engineering related field. Completion of the ASP Construction Safety course is considered an asset.
