Director, Product Marketing

To date, $25 billion in global marketing budget dollars have been managed through its award-winning platform by over 10,000 marketers globally, demonstrating the rapid growth and adoption of MPM among organizations.We are looking for an enthusiastic product marketing leader to drive our product messaging, product story, positioning and go-to-market enablement. Reporting to the CMO, this is a critical position that will have a direct hand in building the Marketing Performance Management industry, and driving the next phase of revenue growth of at our category-leading company. You will be organized and collaborative, partnering closely with our product, sales and customer teams to effectively translate our product's capabilities and the value it brings to customers into internal and external materials. The perfect applicant not only executes in the trenches, but will eventually also coach and develop a growing product marketing team. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead cross-functional projects, partnering with the product team to develop, manage and communicate product positioning, releases, and go-to-market programs. Work with the product, sales, and marketing teams to develop and deliver phenomenal sales enablement tools and solution specific content that will help us sell faster and eliminate friction. This will include sales documentation, ROI tools, PowerPoint presentations, product videos, web sitecopy, blog posts and more. Own competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis. That means you'll perform competitive and market research and keep the company up-to-date on trends and analyses to help us win more customers. Collaborate with demand generation and corporate marketing on content direction, web site copy, and collateral development. Evangelize Marketing Performance Management - be a thought leader and spokesperson for the company at key industry events, in webinars and interviews Educate partners and partner sales teams through face-to-face and on-line learning of Allocadia's offerings and unique value proposition. As needed, create sales and marketing materials for our partners. YOU'VE GOT 5+ years' experience in marketing technology products and/or services. Previous technology experience in SaaS. Superior management skills, strong project management skills, and the ability to independently lead and drive projects to completion. Strong verbal and written correspondence abilities, with comfort presenting in front of groups. Ability at creating visually compelling, engaging presentations that distill complicated concepts into succinct stories. Extensive experience building and validating positioning, category creation, messaging, and competitive segmentation. Great attention to info and a healthy respect for deadlines.
