What we’re looking for: We are seeking a Digital Community Manager who is a self-starter with a get it done attitude and is a stickler for spelling, grammar, and brand voice. You’re confident to work autonomously and bring forward new ideas. You know how and when to start conversations, when to participate, and when to just listen. You’re a collaborator at the core, and you deeply understand how content and SEO work closely. You can successfully manage multiple platforms and projects with speed and accuracy and with your creative mindset, you’ll contribute to the overall Jibestream marketing strategy. What you will do: Website: Provide recommendations to improve conversions, UX and customer journey Ensure all digital activity is successfully tagged and tracked Produce reports and analyze performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools Own Social: Develop, implement, manage and report on strategic digital marketing plan across all digital and social platforms with measurable goals and benchmarks Leverage extensive social media ability and current best practices to draft and publish content to engage social communities and influencers across various digital channels Create and manage annual digital calendar Research and recommend new and creative digital marketing opportunities and competitive strategies to maximize conversions and deliver on aggressive sales goals Monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time SEO: Continually optimize web sitecontent and social media channels for stronger SEO rankings Apply and manage all on-site SEO including meta tags, content, site architecture, internal linking, schema, sitemaps, load speed, URL paths, etc. Regularly audit existing SEO initiatives to find opportunities for improvement Review copy for keyword optimization, keyword density, and consistency Optimize inbound organic volume and conversions from search engines to our web sites Drive traffic to our web sitethrough search engines Run and monitor PPC, Display Ad campaigns (Google AdWords) Research and contact web sites that can provide potential back-linking opportunities Public/Media Relations Identify, pitch, secure, coordinate, and follow up on media opportunities (coverage, seeding, blogging, bylines, interviews, etc.) for executive team Identify and nurture relationships with industry media and influencers Write media pitches based on company objectives and current industry trends Track and measure PR activity success and create coverage reports Create and manage media lists Your Skills / Background: Strong communication expertise, both written and verbal Background with digital marketing and lead generation Excellent grasp of social media and media relations In-depth knowledge of SEO Have a knack for identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Background using HubSpot, Google Analytics, or other similar CMS and analytics software Proven success with Google AdWords Background in a full time digital marketing agency Active participant in a variety of social platforms with a current understanding of best practices for each (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Why should you join Jibestream?
