Job Functions: Administrative - Other, Administrative - Receptionist/Secretarial, Customer service & support - Overview: Our Customer Background team represents the Benjamin Moore brand by providing exceptional service and support to our network of independent retailers, sales personnel, and internal operations teams. You will become a subject matter expert with our products and processes and, as a Brand Ambassador, ensure that the voice of the customer is heard throughout the company. The perfect candidate will be a true *people person* with a passion for service. RESPONSIBILITIES: Delivers a consistently excellent customer background over the phone and in writing, navigating systems, procedures, and other resources to provide accurate and timely resolution to customer inquiries and issues Processes customer orders of all types accurately and efficiently via multiple channels Provides info to customers regarding regular and promotional orders: including delivery, product availability and pricing Communicates with logistics personnel to coordinate special delivery requirements and to resolve problems with product availability Proficient with company policies, marketing programs, promotions, freight policy, products and customer background expectations Escalates issues to management, communicate inquiries and complaints and provide service that exceeds expectations and delights customers Communicates procedures, navigates systems and other resources to provide accurate and timely resolution to customer inquiries Provides flexible assistance through cross-training and support to meet and exceed performance, customer satisfaction, and service level goals Provides follow up as needed on customer inquiries to ensure resolution satisfies customers and meets all internal expectations Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Min of 3 yrs customer service background wanted Fully multilingual (English/French), written/spoken/reading comprehension Undergraduate degree or equivalent background required Good verbal, written and telephone communication expertise Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer required Thorough knowledge with Company systems including Microsoft office suite and SAP A strong desire to learn in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment Must demonstrate high degree of organization, efficiency, and punctuality Expertise to analyze situations and identify opportunities to solve problems Be flexible to change and apply new training knowledge Must thrive in a team oriented environment Effective organizational and time organizational skills Flexible schedule availability to meet business needs See Position overview
