Our successful, Mid- Town Toronto recruiting Startup is looking for an Inside Sales Representative with a track record of success selling to small and medium sized businesses We are a fast-paced, progressive, and fun-loving team that is looking to help build someone’s career as a Business Development Representative. You will be responsible for the sales development and management of new and some existing clientele. You will work hand in hand with the Recruiting Team to provide excellent customer service to your clients. Your typical day will consist of prospecting, cold calling (50-80 calls per day), presenting, closing, and managing your existing client base.
