Brand Ambassador - Part-time - Yonge and Dundas Our Brand Ambassadors must be out-going, friendly, warm and inviting. They must love to engage with people and have a natural sense of curiosity. They have a variety of tasks including knowledge on promotions, products and services in-store. They are influencers, who represent a brand in a positive light and by doing-so, help to increase brand awareness and sales. They are meant to embody the Rogers brand, including our value proposition. In this role you will: Create a positive and rewarding client experience, that is warm and hospitable in all customer interactions Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that the customer takes priority at all times Fully support and align with all key business initiatives and new product launches Remain current and knowledgeable of industry trends, to determine opportunities to maximize sales within the market. Collect meaningful customer data for the purpose of building relationships and personalizing future client development opportunities Utilize the available marketing tools to engage current and new business and drive sales Embrace and utilize technology to enhance customer experience Maintain an up to date knowledge of all product categories Provide help and advice to colleagues to achieve goals Be able to work a varied and flexible schedules (Monday – Sunday); including some holidays You are someone who: 3-five years of Retail experience Completed high-school diploma or higher Previous retail or luxury retail sales or relevant clientele focused experience Exceptional clientele, customer relationship building skills Demonstrate excellent verbal and written correspondence abilities Professional, friendly and social personality and skills Great communication and customer service skills Excellent decision making expertise Strong issue solving abilities and expertise to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a high energy environment Expertise to work well independently and within a team environment, while being able to multi-task Marketing and Brand knowledge/experience is an asset Multilingual (English and French) is considered an asset Benefits for you: We invest in you, just as much as you invest in us Opportunities to grow and develop your career Strong internal development programs Comprehensive health and dental plan for full-time and part-time employees Outstanding share options and wealth accumulation programs Employee discounts across Rogers & Fido services Overtime pay eligible As part of the recruitment process, applicants will be required to provide consent for and successfully pass a criminal experience investigation.
