The Associate LIMS Analyst guides the business in optimal utilization of LIMS and supports configuration and enhancement efforts within the Laboratory Details Management System, enabling traceability and fostering integrity in clinical data management processes. The role serves as an application Super User and ensures compliance with all GXP regulations as they apply to Biopharma laboratory workflows.Your assignments include, but are not limited to:• Gathering and supporting documentation of user specifications. • Managing LIMS change requests, ensuring on-going system compliance with established GCLP and CLIA standards.• Executing validation documents and participating in testing and execution of IQ/OQ/PQ test scripts.• Providing application support and training to end users.• Troubleshooting and resolving any LIMS related issues.• Ensuring Quality Events such as incidents and deviations are proper documented, and for supporting/owning the immediate remediation and preventative actions and ensuring change requests are properly initiated, completed, and approved prior to the implementation of the change being requested.What you'll bring to the role: • Expertise to translate user specifications into system functionality qualifications.• Strong working understanding of GxP software applications • Strong working expertise and understanding of laboratory functions and processes.• Demonstrated problem-solving skills• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication abilities. Expertise to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of staff. • Demonstrated success in working in a fast-paced dynamic team environment.Desirable Qualifications: • Degree in Biological Sciences or related scientific discipline• Min of 2 (2) years' background within regulated laboratory environment. • Computer programming knowledge a plus.
