Work Location Hwy Port Hastings NS BA M Salary . hour ( annual) Hours hours per week Benefit days of paid vacation per year Job dutiesCarry out administrative activities of the establishment Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative Review evaluate and implement new administrative Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Manage office supplies stock and place orders Maintain and update company databases Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents Answer queries by employees and clients Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters emails and packages) Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned Schedule in-house and external events Qualification and Education Requirement Languages Fluent in EnglishEducation Post-Secondary Diploma or DegreeExperience More than years of working experience in administration or previous experience in a similar role.
