Administrative Assistant, Job ID #4015 Employment Services Full time / one year temporary contract with possibility of renewal / Starting ASAP / Jane & Finch We’re looking for someone who will: Provide clerical support, including editing and formatting reports, preparing and completing agency and government forms, ms word processing of correspondence, reports and other materials, filing, faxing and photocopying Provide front desk/ reception duties and customer service to all clients, employers and visitors Set up, maintain and file client records in EOIS CAMS as requested. Prepare rosters of clients as needed. Assist with statistical and program reports Assist with organizing appointments, orientations, and workshops. Contacts employers, clients and referring agencies regarding session start dates, interviews, appointments , etc. Update client info on the JVS client tracking system and program specific database as per program needs and standards Share receptionist duties for main agency switchboard and related tracking Provide administrative support in processing claims for the training incentive component. Maintain up-to-date client and employer files Maintain office supplies and equipment. Assist location staff with all administrative and other related duties Adjustable hours / evenings / weekends may be required for this position.
