Essential Responsibilities: Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and overall communication with knowledge and efficiency Creating e-mails and making calls to follow-up any cancelled appointments to re-schedule Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints Responding to social media comments Establish a solid professional relationship with customers. Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to company guidelines. Maintain a high level of professionalism. Maintain customer account database with accurate and confidential record keeping. Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service in an office setting. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections. Ability to multitask, take direction and adapt to a fast paced environment.
