With multiple locations including New Westminster, East Vancouver, and Gastown, we pride ourselves on delivering authentic Ukrainian cuisine and exceptional dining experiences. Duties:- Lead, coordinate and oversee operations across all restaurant locations and teams including catering services.- Effectively allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement company policies and achieve operational goals.- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.- Establish strategic objectives and develop policies to enhance business performance.- Represent the restaurant in negotiations and maintain positive business relationships.- Recruit and manage middle managers and executive staff, fostering a productive work environment.- Innovate and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.- Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff. Requirements:- Several years of prior experience in food service operations, including a minimum of 3 years as a middle manager.- High school diploma required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
