Found as a stray, it's unknown if Periwinkle has ever been around other animals or children before, so adult supervision and proper introductions are important! Lots of things can be pretty scary to this timid girl; loud noises, fast movements, new people, doorways, new toys.... Periwinkle will need help with basic life skills and ample patience to gain the confidence she needs to face these frightening things! But don't worry. She makes up for being a scaredy cat by being oh so cuddly and adorable! Once you've established enough trust with her (and offered plenty of yummy treats!), Periwinkle will be crawling her way into your lap and nudging you for some extra pets! And how could you ever say no to a face like hers? It will be a lot of work, but the journey will be so worth it to have Periwinkle by your side!
