Homer is a 7 month old St. Bernard/Husky mix with almost as much personality as he has slobber! He would make a great adventure buddy or camping companion, and will steadfastly follow you wherever you go! With his goofy and charming personality, Homer wins over everybody he meets and gets along great with dogs and people alike! Homer is looking for a family that can help him with his transition to city life, as he came from a pretty rural environment and is still getting used to the hustle and bustle of the city. As a Saint Bernard mix, Homer is a pretty big boy, and will likely tip the scales at over 100 lbs before the end of the summer! That being said, he would be fine in an apartment with a patio where he can soak up the sun as the weather warms up and adequate exercise to satisfy the Husky side of him. He would also love a safe outdoor space where he can zoom around and lay in the grass!For the right person or family, Homer promises a heartwarming companionship like no other. If you're ready to open your home to a big-hearted dog in need, Homer is waiting to become your loyal and loving companion!💙🐾Please come into the shelter during visiting hours if you would like to meet Homer. You can also submit an application online if you would like to save some time when you come visit.
