Bilingual Billing Coordinator Company Overview Job Reference: GPG 5019563 Hours of work : 40 Location : Toronto, ON (Remote) Contract Duration : 12 months Language : English Key Responsibilities: Process a high-volume of invoices as well as engagement maintenance. Prepare and process credit notes / cancellations and ad hoc requested as needed. Close old WIP and respond to WIP inquires. Identify billing issues and ensures tax rules are followed. Create virtual relationships and work with all levels of the organization. Ensure that billing procedures are followed in accordance with the established guidelines and application. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook; Excel & Word) Intermediate / expert knowledge of invoicing taxes Willingness and ability to learn other software as needed.
