Business Address: 7122 Tranmere Dr., Mississauga, ON LS5 1L9Title of position: Truck Mechanic Terms of employment: Full-time year-round work Job Duties: Inspect and test engines, transmissions, axels and brake systems, to locate faults and malfunctions. Repair or replace components of engines by hand or using power tools. Perform scheduled maintenance such as oil changes and lubrication, brakes, as per recommended guidelines. Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems including chassis, frame, cab, body, engine and drive train, air brakes, steering, and fuel, hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems. Proficiency with all tools of the trade, shop machines and power tools, and electronic diagnostic equipment. Perform other related duties as required.
