Are you looking for a new work-from-home buddy? Someone who will keep an eye on you all day while you work and make sure you don’t forget to take your breaks? Tilley is ready and up for the task! Tilley is just over a year old and is super sweet. She is friendly and affectionate and will show you how much she loves you with headbutts and kisses. A curious girl, she will investigate anything new that comes her way. Tilley doesn’t mind if you pick her up and loves to be pet. Tilley will sleep with you at night, always curled up and touching you. When not busy supervising your work, Tilley loves to play, chasing mice and crinkle balls. She has even learned to play fetch, dropping her catch at your feet for you to throw again. Social and chatty, Tilley is great with everyone she meets. But don’t worry, she won’t chat too much while you work, preferring to sleep under the computer stand, waiting patiently for quitting time. Tilley doesn’t like help in her role as a work-from-home buddy, so she MUST be the only cat in your home. Tilley came to us as a pregnant owner surrender. She wasn't excelling at her role of being a mom, so she was separated from her kittens as soon as they were weaned, allowing her to be spayed. She is anxious to start her new life in her new home at last. Tilley doesn’t expect much pay for her role and is fine being paid with Churu treats! This sweet, friendly and affectionate girl will be a great addition to a home with someone home often or working from home so that she can keep you company all day.Adoption processWe also conduct vet checks for all applicants. Due to Covid we are not doing home visits at this time. We are very diligent in our screening of potential adopters. Applications are approved based on best fit for the cat, not first come, first served.Shelter locationWe are currently in the adoption centre at PetSmart Etobicoke, where we have a limited number of cats and kittens. All of our available cats can be viewed on our website.
