We are looking for a passionate and hardworking person for Construction Estimator position. As a Construction Estimator your job description would be as follows: Analyze plans and specifications to determine the scope of work. Prepare cost and expenditure statements for labor, materials, and equipment for the duration of a project. Review and analyze bid documents to ensure accuracy of estimates. Research and analyze historical data to develop accurate cost estimates. Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans. Develop bid strategies to maximize profits. Liaise and communicate with contractors and sub-contractors for required adjustments to cost estimates. Review the scheduling and coordination of the daily activities of the on-site team.
