The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing the ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) division of our company. Tasked with finding innovative ways to grow sales, manage customer relationships, providing technical expertise and support our product offerings. This role requires a strong background in sales and technical knowledge within the construction or building materials industry.Key Responsibilities: Learn, develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients and industry professionals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, promotional strategies, and campaigns. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and challenges. Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Fab-Form’s products and network with potential clients. Qualifications: An understanding of technical sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry. Knowledge of construction materials and processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
