Are you a seasoned Sales Professional who is looking to get busier? Are you motivated and have a great personality? Do you like to set your own schedule and work from home? If you answered yes, then this is the position for you! Qualifications: Must be a Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen or General Work Permit and live in Canada. If an international student with work permits without PR requirements will be considered. Responsibilities: - Schedule appointments (leads provided), create and develop leads, identify customer needs, and promote products and services -Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals - Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues - Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options - Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' requirements - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new products - Prepare and present insurance quotes to potential clients - Train other agents to achieve goals (if interested in Management Position) Compensation: - commission/bonus - Opportunities for growth within the company - Ability to work from home and flexible hours Requirements: - Sales experience desired but not required - Ambition and drive to achieve sales goals - Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening - Proactive in problem solving - Dedicated to customer service Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Flexible schedule Vision care Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Work From Home Pay: $55,000.00-$100,000.00(+) in your first year Powered by JazzHR
