We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to join our client's team in a restaurant setting, contributing to the seamless operation of their kitchen and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences. If you have a passion for food service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen, we invite you to apply for this position.Work Setting: RestaurantRequirements:Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar kitchen or food service role.Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items with precision and efficiency.Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workstation, strictly following food safety guidelines.Collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold the highest standards of food quality and service.Help manage food inventory to minimize waste and ensure the availability of necessary ingredients.Adhere to company policies and safety regulations for a safe and productive kitchen environment.Provide support and assistance to kitchen staff as required.Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Perform various tasks, some of which may be repetitive.Stand for extended periods.May need to bend, crouch, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to work effectively under pressure.Personal Suitability:Client focus.Initiative.Team player.Work Term: PermanentWork Language: EnglishHours: 40 hours per week
