Description:
We're currently seeking a Shift Manager for our client in the hospitality or retail industry. If you have strong leadership skills, can handle responsibilities during your assigned shift, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd like to introduce you to this role as a key contributor to our client's team.Requirements- Education: College/CEGEP Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks- Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during the shift. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on priorities. Monitor employee performance, providing guidance and support as needed. Handle customer inquiries, and complaints, and resolve issues promptly. Manage cash registers, reconcile cash drawers, and oversee transactions. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Conduct opening or closing procedures, including facility checks and security measures. Coordinate with other departments to maintain efficient operations. Assist in inventory management, restocking, and controlling stock levels. Generate shift reports, detailing sales, incidents, and other relevant information. Work conditions and physical capabilities- Fast-paced environment Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
